About
is the market intelligence platform for the IT Park ecosystem, built by the Marketing Analytics team of IT Park Uzbekistan's Global Marketing department. It brings the division's research into one place so the teams that attract residents, exporters and investors work from the same picture of the world.
Its purpose is to strengthen and grow IT Park's resident base, sharpen marketing and brand-awareness campaigns, and raise the global profile of IT Park and Uzbekistan's IT ecosystem.
What's inside
Choose your market scores 57 countries and 11 US states for nine company categories and links every market back to Tashkent. Briefs holds the category and regional analysis. ICPs describes the companies each department should pursue. Reports & dashboards is the file library. Performance tracks what marketing spend produced.
How markets are scored
Each market gets a fit index from 0 to 10 per category, combining target-company density, the strength of push factors (costs, talent shortages, layoffs, policy), how reachable decision-makers are (language, ad cost, channels) and how well Uzbekistan's offer answers their needs. 7.0 and above means recommend, 5.5–6.9 means test, below 5.5 means watch. P(win) converts the index into a modelled probability that a qualified lead becomes a resident. Both are analyst estimates and are re-scored after each campaign flight.
Evidence model (in progress)
Each market now carries official rankings: WIPO Global Innovation Index 2025, Kearney Global Services Location Index 2023, EF English Proficiency Index 2025, and IMF GDP and GDP per capita. They are combined, with category-specific weights, into an evidence index shown as a white tick on every fit bar and listed on each country card. Where evidence and the fit index differ by 1.5 points or more, the card flags it for review. The evidence index does not change scores yet: it still lacks capital and startup-funding data, Uzbekistan-fit signals (IT Park residents by origin, language ties, visa regime) and advertising-cost data. These will be added next, before the evidence index is blended into the score.
Migration coverage
The original source ZIP supplies the market research, scores, map geometry, briefs, customer profiles and the H1 2025 / H1 2026 performance snapshot. Five PDF library entries were included as references; their files and later Claude cloud changes were not in the ZIP. Upload the original PDFs to restore their previews. New records and uploads are saved to this site’s shared database and file storage.
